Eaton Peabody is very pleased to welcome Shawn K. Doil to the firm as Senior Counsel in our Portland office.
Shawn’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditor rights, with a particular emphasis on the representation of lenders, banks, mortgagees, lessors, and other secured creditors in Chapter 13, 12, 11, and 7 cases. She also has extensive experience in the representation of Chapter 7 trustees in liquidation cases, and she has been lead trial counsel in scores of preference, fraudulent transfer, and other avoidance actions in Adversary Proceedings before Bankruptcy Courts in multiple jurisdictions.
