Shareholder Bruce Hochman will serve as a panelist at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 12th Annual Northeast Consumer Forum. The forum will be held in Newport, Rhode Island, at the Newport Marriott on July 20th-23rd.
Bruce and fellow panelists will discuss the growing practice of the pre-petition transfer of business assets to insiders to allow for an individual filing, and the resulting issues for the debtor and its creditors.
