Alexandra N. Stanley is an Estate Planning & Wealth Transfer associate based out of the Bangor office. Allie focuses on sophisticated planning of trusts and estates, trust and probate administrations, charitable planning, family business, and tax and succession planning.
Prior to joining Eaton Peabody, Allie practiced at an international law firm in Boston. Allie represented private credit lenders in complex financing transactions in connection with acquisition financings, refinancings, and restructurings across a wide range of industries.
Allie earned her Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law in May 2022. While in law school, Allie served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kermit V. Lipez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, as well as a law clerk for the Boston University Office of the General Counsel. At BU Law, Allie was the executive editor of the Public Interest Law Journal and was a research assistant.
Allie also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Simmons University where she earned the Carroll F. Miles Award.
Allie lives in Bar Harbor and enjoys gardening, baking, and exploring Acadia with her rescue dog, Frank.
