Anna Boucher is an Associate in Eaton Peabody’s Business Practice Group based in Augusta, Maine. Prior to joining Eaton Peabody, Anna graduated from the University of Maine School of Law in 2024, where she earned a Business and Transactional Law Certificate, and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Economic Development. Anna also received the Maine Law Community Impact Award for her efforts in leading the Student Bar Association.
While in law school, Anna completed a Legal Externship at the Maine Medical Association, where she lobbied in the 131st Maine Legislature and advocated for physicians across the state. She also worked as a Legal Intern for the Christine B. Foundation where she assisted with an entity conversion project by conducting healthcare regulatory research and making recommendations on relevant Medicare and HIPAA laws. In her final year of law school, Anna supported the Maine Law Review as an Articles Editor and served as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant for the first year class.
Anna also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maine. While at University of Maine, Anna minored in International Affairs and Legal Studies.
In her free time, Anna enjoys hiking in Maine’s High Peaks region, skiing, and spending time with her family.
