Casey Olesen is a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Based out of the firm’s Bangor office, Casey provides legal services to a broad range of clients on real estate matters, including significant experience with all stages and types of commercial and timberland transactions, land management and development, leasing, roads, easements, paper streets, road associations, and title insurance matters. Casey also assists clients with a variety of real estate related disputes, including boundary line and encroachment, easement and paper street issues, title defects, and real estate transaction disputes.
Casey attended the University of Maine School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude. After graduating from Maine Law, and prior to joining Eaton Peabody, Casey served as a Judicial Clerk at the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. Casey also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Southern Maine. Outside of the office, Casey enjoys unwinding by experimenting with new cooking techniques and recipes, spending time with his family, traveling, and serving the local community through service on charitable boards.
