Kady S. Huff is a Shareholder in Eaton Peabody’s Litigation Practice Group based in the firm’s Bangor office. Kady has litigated in all Maine courts, both state and federal, and has experience with many of the local courts throughout Maine’s Probate Court system.
Kady’s litigation practice includes contested probate, real estate, and commercial landlord/tenant disputes, and she has significant experience litigating family law matters throughout the State.
Kady routinely represents clients in commercial business and lease disputes, debt collection matters, and has defended clients in premises liability and maritime personal injury cases. Kady also has experience representing clients before the Maine Human Rights Commission.
Kady graduated from Western New England University School of Law in 2014, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. After earning her J.D., Kady served as a term Law Clerk for the State of Maine Business and Consumer Court where she assisted the presiding judges with complex business litigation.
Kady earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University in 2011. Kady resides in central Maine with her husband, son, and her two German Shorthaired-Pointers, Sibley and Ziva. In her free time she enjoys boating and spending time with her family.
