Kelsey Olesen is an associate in Eaton Peabody’s Litigation Practice Group based in Bangor, Maine.
Kelsey is a born and raised Mainer. She grew up in southern Maine before moving to Connecticut to pursue her education at Quinnipiac University where she graduated with a B.A. in History, cum laude, and a B.A. in Legal Studies, cum laude. Before attending law school, Kelsey worked for two top law firms in Boston, affording her a unique perspective in all aspects of the legal field.
Kelsey returned to Maine for law school and graduated with honors from the University of Maine School of Law in 2018. During law school, Kelsey was sworn in as a student attorney in Maine. This allowed her to work closely with clients on a wide range of civil legal matters, including federal lawsuits, family matters, and probate litigation. Kelsey also served as an editor of the Ocean & Coastal Law Journal and participated in the Jessup Moot Court.
Prior to joining Eaton Peabody, Kelsey worked for a boutique firm in Portland and a firm in Bangor. Her previous experience has guided her passion for litigation and ensuring people are adequately protected. Kelsey is dedicated to ensuring her clients have a zealous advocate in the courtroom. Kelsey’s years of experience have taught her the importance of working closely with clients on every aspect of their civil legal matters.
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys reading, spending time with her husband, and trying to keep up with their dog, Emma.
